<p class="MsoNormal">We expect very little impact to the servers since we have redundant hardware. However, since we are introducing new hardware something unexpected could happen. We do have Cisco TAC on standby for assistance during this period.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">VPN access will be affected since we need to move a cable and that connection is not redundant but will be after the upgrade.<o:p></o:p></p>
