Looks like ODE fixed the manifest and the level 2 reports
There is an issue with the report pulling name, local id, and building data from the VRF_Emis_Rvrs_Lookup table, which pulls back any/all buildings students were ever reported in. I have fixed this, and a new version of the collection request was just posted. I am very sorry for the issue, but glad you reported it so we could fix it quickly.

I looked at BC file and it is down to 613 students.

Still do not load the file till we hear back from DASL state.

Thanks
K

PS
I will be out of the office tomorrow with very little access to email. I will reply as I can.
If I get something from DASL state I will try and get it out to you right away.

K

Title:

Exiting Student Follow-Up Records (FW)

Body:

We've been advised that districts are now receiving the import files for the Exiting Student Follow-up Records (FW) in the Data Collector. Districts should hold off on importing these files to StudentInformation at the present time, as there are several records duplicated in the import file from ODE. This information has been received from ODE:

There is an issue with the report pulling name, local id, and building data from the VRF_Emis_Rvrs_Lookup table, which pulls back any/all buildings students were ever reported in. I am working through a fix for this, and hope to get a new version of the collection request out to resolve this issue. Note, we will be posting version #2<https://frontlineeducation.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/2> later today to fix the issue with submissions (which I know dont begin until Monday). The fix for this issue will be in version #3<https://frontlineeducation.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/3>, which my hope is that it will be posted early next week.

At the present time, we are working toward a process to remove any imported files that may have already been loaded, but it is best if the districts DO NOT LOAD until the issue is resolved with the files provided from ODE.
