[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Membership upload from Final Forms

Good afternoon
Melanie from Hillsboro has a process where you can export your connectivity from Final forms and get them into DASL.
I have attached the documentation.  I did a practice with just adding some numbers to a word document and followed her directions and it is awesome!!!
Thank you Melanie for this!!!  I would never had be able to do this.  I had no idea what ^p was but it worked!!!
