[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Funding pull for Community Schools for October payment

Good morning,
Just wanted to remind the Community Schools that they need to submit data for the SOES manifest and SCR by 5:00 p.m. September 29.  ODE will be pulling data on the 30th for the October payment.  David verified that not having addresses in will NOT stop the funding.
