[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Gifted Mass update

Good morning
Attached is the form for the Gifted Mass update.  I left on the sign off for just running the default record in case you want all the Gifted records opened up prior to getting your screenings set.  I found out last year that even if we did not run the district rule to open the records, DASL sends over the identified students when you report S data.

When you send back your form please send an email to HelpEMIS at mveca.org<mailto:HelpEMIS at mveca.org> and attach your screening document.
