[DistrictEmisCoordinators] PRE ID for EOC

Good morning
I had a ticket on generating EOC PreIds.  It ends in error no matter what you choose

It is a bug in the system with no ETA at this time for a fix

Generating pre-id for End of Course (EOC) Alg1, Mth 1, Mth2, ELA1, ELA2 or Biology returns error, System.ArgumentException: Column 'TestMode:Algebra' does not belong to table
