[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Wipe and New/Add Missing

As some of you are coming back and getting things ready for your districts for the 2024-2025 school year we just wanted to send out a reminder on a few things:

Wipe and New - StudentInformation>EMIS>Maintenance>Teacher History Maintenance   and the Wipe and New Tab
You can only do the Wipe and New once your building has a FINALIZED schedule.  You will want to do this as close to the beginning of school as possible and you will only run this once.

Add Missing
After you have run the Wipe and New if you need to add any teacher history records you may use the Add Missing tab.  You can check the building needed then hit the add missing button.
