[DistrictEmisCoordinators] 3rd Grade Retention/Promotion Collection

Just a reminder that if you are just now submitting your 3rd Grade Retention/Promotion collection you will receive fatal errors on any newly enrolled student.  Each student will produce 2 errors.  You will submit this using the 24/25 S collection.

It is validating against last year's data and not this year's data.

It is okay to ignore these fatal errors.
