FY24 Other Accountability Assessment Data Appeal Open
From Monday, Aug. 12 through Friday, Aug. 16, districts may appeal their FY24 other accountability assessment data. 
These data may affect measures on the 2024 Ohio School Report Cards, as well as state funding received by districts.
The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee all can access and fill out the data appeal forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.

FY24 Report Card Data Review and Verification Opening Soon
Starting on Aug. 19, superintendents must complete a required review of their 2024 student, assessment, calendar, staff, course, reading diagnostic, and exiting student follow-up data reported in EMIS. Superintendents must signify whether these data are accurate as they complete and submit the 2024 Data Review for the Report Card form.
