[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Follow Up File

Good Morning!

We have had several districts that are having issues uploading their Exiting Student Follow-Up Records (FLUP file).  When you get the report from the Data Collector - you will go to the Exiting Student Follow-Up - Initial Collection and open up your Level 2 reports - you will find the FLUP-001 report and open it.  Save it to your desktop as a csv file.  You will then be at the district level in the current school year and in the go to box type in follow - you will then select the EMIS Follow-Up Record Import and browse for your file from your desktop.

Please let me know if you have any issues importing your file.


I also wanted to mention that on our call today they stated that they are working on adding the grad students this week.  Hopefully those students will be added late this week or early next week for you.
