Good morning
DASL state sent this out last Wednesday

With the opening of the Midyear Student Collection, we've been advised that students with a Student Acceleration record with the invalid value of 'W' are being fataled, which is correct. When navigating to StudentInformation<https://uat2-si.progressbook.com/Default.aspx> > SIS<https://uat2-si.progressbook.com/SIS/Default.aspx> > Student<https://uat2-si.progressbook.com/SIS/Student/Default.aspx> > Assessment<https://uat2-si.progressbook.com/SIS/Student/Assessment/Default.aspx> > Student Acceleration (FB)<https://uat2-si.progressbook.com/SIS/Assessment/StudentAccelerationFB.aspx> to remove the invalid record for a student, an error is being received and the record is not removed.

Lora, our DBA, can remove these records for any district with this issue. To have this removal completed, please send us a ticket with the following information:

District Code - This is the School Code listed at StudentInformation > Management > School Administration > School Building Administration > School Demographics when the district is in context

SSID - The SSID for each student with this issue needs to be included. OR

The ITC can submit a ticket with a request for the DBA to locate and remove all student acceleration records with the area of 'W' in all districts at the ITC and remove them all at one time.

I personally like the option of where DASL State removes all W FB records for the entire ITC but the decision has to be with each district.

Please let us know which you prefer.

Thanks

Karen
