Just wanted to send this out so that you are all aware of an issues with the Graduation Credits at Entry:

Yesterday we became aware of an issue with the values for the Count of Graduation Credits at Entry not populating for all students that are expected to get a value.  It was determined that this occurs for districts that had not yet run the Update: Count of Graduation Credits at Entry in 23/24 until after they ran SYI & Promo/Bulk Enroll in the 24/25 school year.    When this occurs, the only high school students that receive a value for the Count of Graduation Credits at Entry are those that are not enrolled in 24/25, ex. seniors and withdrawn students from 23/24.
If the Update: Count of Graduation Credits at Entry in 23/24 was run prior to a district running the SYI & Promo/Bulk Enroll in 24/25, and is re-run after the district runs the SYI & Promo/Bulk Enroll in 24/25, the values are populated as expected.
We are working on a fix to be applied to each of the ITCs early next week, so that the Update: Count of Graduation Credits at Entry in 23/24 can be rerun and the values will update for all students as expected and reported in the final S End of Year Student Collection which ends on Wednesday, July 17, 2024.  A ProgressBlog will be posted next week once the updates are available and have been processed.
