[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Reporting Dyslexia and Reading Diagnostics

Good afternoon
There have been a lot of questions on how to enter data for the Reading Diagnostics and Dyslexia screenings.
I have attached a word document that goes over getting the files to enter the scores and what type of scores SI is expecting.

Read over it and if you have any question please let me know.
