[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Count of Graduation Credits

We have become aware of an issue in the 23.3 release that should affect a small portion of students for the Count of Graduation Credits at Entry, and wanted to make you aware of it.

This is occurring for students who were at a district and earned credits, left the district for another and earned credits, and subsequently returned to the original district.  When processing the Count of Graduation Credits at Entry, the calculation is not including any credits that were received in prior years from the original district.  It only includes credits earned from other entities.

Story PBSIS-31741 has been submitted for this issue, and fortunately, it should be able to be resolved with an update to a stored procedure.  This means we will be able to apply it to each site when available without having to create a hotfix.  We will keep you posted on the progress.
