[DistrictEmisCoordinators] New Ticketing System Info

Morning All!

As many of you might know, MVECA is in the process of switching to a new ticketing system. Beginning Friday (May 31), all EMIS tickets will be automatically routed to Salesforce. You will continue to use the same email address (helpemis at mveca.org) for any EMIS related tickets. Our network team has been using this system for the last week, and they have noticed that users who have previously submitted tickets via email have had to clear the cached entry for the old email address, since it is pointing at SolarWinds. When you begin typing the address, click the black X next to the old address to get rid of it. Once that is done, you can type in helpemis at mveca.org and the ticket will automatically be routed to the correct system.
