FY25 CTE Program of Concentration Data Appeal Open
From Monday, Sept. 9 through Friday, Sept. 27, superintendents of traditional districts, community schools, STEM schools, and joint vocational school districts required to report career-technical education follow-up data in EMIS may review the students included in their 2025 CTE Follow-up Stdnt Draft. If a program of concentration listed on the file is incorrect, please review the guidance document <https://links-1.govdelivery.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Feducation.ohio.gov%2Fgetattachment%2FTopics%2FData%2FEMIS%2FReporting-Responsibilities%2FData-Appeals%2FFY25-CTE-Prog-of-Concentration-Appeal-Guidance.pdf.aspx%3Flang=en-US/1/01000191d68df8ec-97cff877-dcc1-4112-9066-24d2ca74084a-000000/jpv03pJHtfCJVNMY8q88zVpMeLP1_6E0ZMmi7TAE_Pg=369> for completing an appeal. Districts will not be able to revise a student's CTE Program of Concentration to their 2025 CTE Follow-up Lists by any means other than this appeals process.

To ensure your appeal is reviewed by the Department, make sure the spreadsheet is complete and accurate.
This is the only opportunity to update the 2025 CTE Follow-up List. Districts will be able to appeal placement and credential data during the Follow-Up appeal process after the initial Follow-Up window closes. However, there will be no changes to the list of students based upon district appeals after the Sept. 27 deadline.
The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee have access to complete the appeal form. However, it is not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent completes the approval process.

Completion Status for FY24 Finance Data Review Updated

Treasurers are required to review and signify whether these data are accurate as they complete and submit the 2024 Finance Data Review form.
