[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Another Civil Rights Update

Good Afternoon!

There was another blog post about the Civil Rights report that I wanted to pass along to you

We have been made aware that districts have questions on the skip logic warnings received when loading data to the CRDC.  We have followed up with the CRDC and received the following from the helpdesk at the CRDC: If districts receive skip logic warnings, they do not have to fix them, they only need to fix errors. The skip logic warnings do not affect certification of their data. After certifying their data, those fields will revert to NA.
