Good Morning!

Just a couple of reminders before your Staff and Course Collection closes on Wednesday.

Once you have started a collection and have cleared up your Level 1 Validations please check the following on your View Submission Data:

Excluded Records - You should NOT have any excluded records - if you do you will want to clear these up (typically you will have CN, CU and GN records)  Just look at the CN records and get those corrected.  Once those are corrected it will take away the CU and GN records.  Most of the time you have these CN records because payroll is not reporting the staff member - once you figure out who the staff member is check your CK records to see if the staff member is being reported by payroll.

Staff Missing Report - you should NOT have any staff missing.
