[DistrictEmisCoordinators] ACT Missing Scores

Good Morning!

When you submit your Other Accountability Assessment Collection that has your ACT records in it you will most likely get back quite few missing records.  One of the errors in Column N is the Missing - record reported NOT in the test window.  If you receive this error message most likely you will be able to ignore the record.  What you will need to do is look at your report right below the Missing Report called Student Assessment Record (FA) and make sure that the students that are showing the Missing - record reported NOT in the test window are being included in this file with their test scores.  IF they are showing you will ignore them in the Missing Report.

If you have just MISSING in column N you will need to enter a Score Not Reported reason for these students.
