The 2026 OEDSA Conference is fastly approaching!  As a reminder, the conference registration price will increase Wednesday, September 2 to $360.00 and conference registration closes Wednesday, September 11.  Walk-in registrations are not accepted.

Registration is officially open for the 2026 OEDSA Conference! Please register at our website https://www.oedsa.org. Listed below are the key details you need to know.

Important Dates

·  Registration Opens: Monday, August 3, 2026

·  Hotel Room Block Opens: Monday, August 3, 2026

·  Early Registration Ends: Tuesday, September 1, 2026

·  Late Registration: September 2 – 9, 2026

·  No Registrations Accepted After: Wednesday, September 9, 2026

·  NO Walk-In Registrations will be accepted

Conference Fees

·  Early Bird: $310 (until September 1)

·  Late: $360 (September 2–9)

Hotel Rates

·  A block of rooms for OEDSA attendees has been reserved at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris. Once you register for the conference, your emailed invoice will include the hotel registration link. Please use the supplied link in the registration confirmation email to reserve your hotel room at the rates listed below.

o $182 – Single King

o $182 – Double Kings

·        NOTE:  There is a two night minimum requirement for reservations.

·        If the room block becomes full, we will provide details on additional room block availability at a nearby hotel on our website.

Schedule

·  Conference check-in: Wednesday, September 16 at 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

·  Conference Runs:

o   Starts: Wednesday, September 16 at 7:00 PM

o   Ends: Friday, September 18 at 12:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

·  Cancellations must be emailed to board at oedsa.org<mailto:board at oedsa.org> by Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

·  Refunds are subject to a $125 service fee.

·  No refunds for cancellations after September 9.

·  If you are unable to attend the conference, another individual may attend in your place at no extra charge provided the individual brings a copy of your email registration confirmation, along with your written approval for substitution
