Today is the last day for Superintendent’s to sign off on their Report Card Data.  MVECA has a lot of districts who have not yet signed off.  You can check the Completion Status page.  I would recommend reminding your Superintendents that today is the last day for this.

FY26 Final Correction Opportunity for Child Outcome Summary Assessment Closing
Today is the final day for districts to request a final correction opportunity for their FY26 Child Outcome Summary Assessment data. FY26 Report Card Data Review and Verification Closing
Today will be the last opportunity for superintendents to complete the required review of their 2026 student, assessment, calendar, staff, course, reading diagnostic, and exiting student follow-up data reported in EMIS. Superintendents must signify whether these data are accurate as they complete and submit the 2026 Data Review for the Report Card form.
EMIS Data Review and Verification forms are part of EMIS reporting described in Ohio Revised Code 3301.0714<https://links-1.govdelivery.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Fcodes.ohio.gov%2Fohio-revised-code%2Fsection-3301.0714/1/010001a06c2fbf53-195d82c3-9040-4a40-a634-415fdb04ce58-000000/Z-jOs6dSVKJh3vP6PCxPRiJ8bVT2s1HQFF1HZrRQHT4=452>. Upcoming FY27 Final Correction Opportunity for CTE Program of Concentration
The date for the FY27 Final Correction Opportunity for the CTE Program of Concentration (POC) is being revised to open Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026, and close Monday, Nov. 9, 2026.
The CTE Follow-up Stdnt Draft file will no longer be distributed. Districts need to review the Exiting Student Follow Up Level 2 report to determine what POC is being used and to determine if a final correction opportunity should be submitted for a student. Districts accountable for the student’s CTE Exiting Follow Up are eligible to submit the final correction opportunity for the student’s CTE Program of Concentration.
