[Link-princ] FW: 2020-2021 Roster Verification Phase 1--School Set-up

Good morning Principals and Roster Verification Administrators,

This has been such an incredible year full of difficult decisions and educational challenges for Superintendents, Principals and Teachers.  Throughout this pandemic, we have seen each of you meet each challenge head-on to find new and innovative ways to educate your students. It has been a pleasure to work with you, and your staff, to find solutions to your scheduling, attendance and reporting needs in ever-fluctuating circumstances.

Today begins the School Set-Up Phase of the Roster Verification process.  This year may be a bit of a challenge with all of the scheduling changes that have taken place, but we will be here to work with you at each step of this process as you validate teacher rosters. During this phase, Principals will be verifying the information that MVECA has extracted and loaded into the Link Application throughout the month of March.

You will use the following link to access all information related to Roster Verification for the 2020-2021 School Year:

At the top of this page, you will see each phase of the process with the date range.  We will monitor the progress of each building and send periodic reminders to assist you in each phase.

Near the bottom of this page, you will find the following documents that you may want to print out as a quick reference.

This year, they have added several tutorials for all RV Participants that you may find extremely beneficial.  To access the quick reference videos, simply click the following icon:

There is an Overview of the three RV Roles:

In depth Interactive Learning Modules that are approximately 20 minutes each.

And finally, they have very short videos that are only 30-60 seconds long divided by Phase and Task.
