[Link-princ] 2024 Roster Verification School Setup begins TODAY

Good morning Principals and Roster Verification Administrators,

Today begins the School Set-Up Phase of the Roster Verification process.  You are receiving this communication because you are listed as either a Principal or Roster Verification Coordinator for your school district.  If you are a community school and declined to participate, you may ignore this email.  If you are no longer a principal or RV Administrator, please let us know so that we may update our mailing list.

During the month of February and March, MVECA has extracted files from the StudentInformation application and loaded this data into the Link Application for your district.  Throughout this School Set-Up phase, Principals will be verifying this information and making corrections as needed prior to the Teacher Verification process in Phase 2 beginning April 10th.

You will use the following link to access all information related to Roster Verification for the 2023-2024 School Year:  www.ohio-k12.help/rosterv<http://www.ohio-k12.help/rosterv>

At the top of this page, you will see each phase of the process along with its corresponding date range.  MVECA will monitor the progress of each District and Building, and send periodic reminders to assist you in the completion of each phase.

Near the bottom of this page, you will find the newest Guidelines, Answers to Frequently Asked Questions, as well as a Listing of Alert examples.  Only the RosterV Alert Guidelines may be viewed as a PDF.  The others are links to the same information on the education.ohio.gov website.(This is different from prior years)

Initial Login to the Link Application:

  1.  To access the application to begin the process, Go to:  https://link.managementcouncil.org/Account/Login
  2.  Click the Forgot Password

  1.  Enter your district assigned email address as the Username and then click Send.
