New FY16 Final Calendar (C) Collection Request
A new FY16 Final Calendar (C) Collection Request has been released. Please refer to the FY16 Final Calendar Collection Release Notes attached to this email for details regarding the collection.

New FY16 SOES Student Contact (S) Collection Request; FY16 SOES Reviews Can Begin
A new FY16 SOES Student Contact (S) Collection Request has been released. Please refer to the FY16 SOES Student Contact Collection Release Notes attached to this email for details regarding the collection.

Once a community school or STEM district uploads a contact and address for a student, the resident district will be able to review that student. If a community school does not upload the address of a student, the funding for that student will be impacted. We urge all community schools and STEM districts to upload their address and contact information as soon as possible.

Address information will be added to matching students each evening. FY16 enrollment information has already been loaded to ODDEX/SOES. To view the FY16 information, you must change the year selection to 2016 while in the SOES module.

Finally, remember that a new filter based on addresses being present or missing has been added to the SOES interface. This will allow a district to efficiently focus on students whose addresses are present, and will allow community schools and STEM districts to efficiently identify the student records that are missing a contact/address.

FY16 SOES Flagging Options Reminder
All districts and community schools are reminded of the updated flagging options available in SOES for FY16. Updated FY16 SOES Initial Student (S) Collection Request
A new FY16 SOES Initial Student (S) Collection Request has been released. Please refer to the FY16 SOES Initial Student Collection Release Notes attached to this email for details regarding the collection.

Updated FY15 Traditional Districts Final Student (S) Collection Request
A new FY15 Traditional Districts Final Student (S) Collection Request has been released. Please refer to the FY15 Traditional Districts Fina Student Collection Release Notes attached to this email for details regarding the collection.

Updated FY15 SOES Final Student (S) Collection Request
A new FY15 SOES Final Student (S) Collection Request has been released. Please refer to the FY15 SOES Final Student Collection Release Notes attached to this email for details regarding the collection.

Additional FY15 Collections Extended
Because some assessment results have come back from vendors later than expected, the close date for most FY15 collections has been moved from November 24, 2015 to December 4, 2015. This new date is already reflected in the Data Collector.
