New FY16 Traditional Districts Midyear Student (S) Collection – v1
A new FY16 Traditional Districts Midyear Student (S) Collection Request has been released. New FY16 Optional Five Year Forecast (P) Collection – v1

Make sure your district has saved 2014-2015 state test data
The following message has been sent to superintendents and testing coordinators:

The Summative Data File is the only student test data file provided in PearsonAccessnext.com<https://oh.pearsonaccessnext.com/customer/index.action> as records for participation and performance scores for the School Year 2014-2015 PARCC administrations. All districts should have downloaded the fall 2014 and Spring 2015 PARCC Summative Data Files (zipped cvs format) for EMIS reporting.

Since Ohio ended its contract with PARCC in June 2015, Pearson will only keep your Summative Data Files on its website until Feb. 15, 2016. If you have not downloaded the data files or have not kept the copy you downloaded, the Ohio Department of Education strongly recommends that you download and save a copy of the Summative Data File before you lose the ability to access it in PearsonAccessNext.com. If your district has a third party that handles all your data services, please share this information with them before the time runs out.
