Updated FY15 Summer and Fall OGT Assessment Collection Request - v2
An updated version (2) of the FY15 Summer and Fall OGT Assessment (A) Collection Request has been released. Please refer to the FY15 Summer and Fall OGT Collection Release Notes attached to this email for details.

Updated FY15 Spring OGT Assessment Collection Request - v2

Updated FY15 DORP Assessment Collection Request - v2
An updated version (2) of the FY15 DORP Assessment (A) Collection Request has been released. Please refer to the FY15 DORP Assessment Collection Release Notes attached to this email for details.

SDC Now Open
The SDC is now open and is updated with data submitted through Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 5 pm.

Please note that because of the volume of individuals accessing the Local Report Card, the SDC may experience some slowness today.

SDC Release Notes

Known Issues:
The AP and IB exams used for Accountability in place of the End of Course Exams are not currently being included in the percent proficient calculations for the appropriate standards.

The Gifted ID status is being determined as of the end of the school year; starting with the FY15 report card, the status will be determined as of March 31st.

District and School Achievement – The Indicators percentage and grade are not being displayed. Also, 12th grade subjects are showing as indicators but should not be.

Corrected Issues:
There were instances where 3rd grade students from the 2013-2014 school year that were retained in 3rd grade in the 2014-2015 school year were being included in the Third Grade Reading Guarantee promotion calculations; these students shouldn’t have been included in the calculations.

Students that are accelerated (on a Written Acceleration Plan) and took an End of Course exam were not getting the performance bonus in the Performance Index.
