[Mail_emis] Gen issues

It appears that most are getting the 401 error and the EMIS manual does not list an N as an option for a score.  On the Bridge Document N is valid.  Angie at East Clinton is emailing the Business office for this check to see what the issue is.  I will keep you posted as to their reply.
