[Mail_emis] Update 6/22/2016

Good evening
Updates on the EMIS call this week.

Data Collector
If you have noticed, the files tab in the DC now has files in it.  One is a test file and there is H data from 2015. ODE will push files out as they become available.  ODE was planning on pushing out the CS_FATAL report, but I do not see it out there yet.
Starting now when a manifest is completely deleted from the Data Collector, your final submissions will be saved under the files tab.  You should receive an email when new files are in your files tab like the emails you receive when a new manifest is published.  It will not identify the type of file that you are receiving.

CTE
There were additional grads for some districts that need to be included in D Reporting plus, there are districts that need students added due to miss reporting concentrators.  There will be new files for those districts.  It has not been determined yet how files will be added to the files tab in the DC.  Once it has been decided we send instructions for loading the students into the FFE.

CCP
More CCP students have been loaded. Fall and Spring courses have been loaded.  Summer will not be included at this time. The only thing that has not been loaded from the college side is data that did not have a valid IRN or a valid student ID.  District data is being loaded this week.  Once all the district data has been loaded the 45 day clock will be reset. It will most likely extend into early August.
You can still log into ODDEX and approve students without the student data from the district being loaded.  I will be sending a ticket to ODE about districts that have students in ODDEX that are saying that the district cannot review the student.
If you have students that you expect to be in ODDEX and are not, please let us know so we can contact ODE about them.

FY16 Payment
All FY16 payments have been made for this year.  There will be one more data pull of everything on Thursday(tomorrow) morning.  That data will be used for the 1st payment for FY17.  July JVS payment, July CS payment and the July #1 for Traditional districts.  Data will not be pulled again till ODE is ready for the final payments.  The data pulled Thursday morning will be used for multiple payments in July and August.  Data for the final payments will be pulled in August.  That data will be used for the August # 2 payment for traditional and the September payments for CS and JVSD

New Manifests
Several Manifests released last week.  FY16 G is open but there will not be any reports for a couple weeks.
