Good Morning!

We would like to invite you to participate in a statewide customer satisfaction survey.

We strongly encourage you to take a few moments to complete this survey. It consists of 23 multiple-choice questions plus additional opportunities for you to comment on or suggest ways to improve customer support, system reliability, and other aspects of the services we provide. The opportunity to participate in this survey will be open for a period of two weeks concluding on November 17th.

You are also encouraged to share this invitation with others in your district who interact with MVECA.  Broad participation helps us become more informed, capable, and better able to serve your needs.

Please note, this school year all ITCs have agreed to use a common customer satisfaction survey. The common survey is being administered by the Management Council, which is an association representing all ITCs by providing state-level support and program management to empower ITCs to be the leading IT service providers in Ohio.

Your feedback via the survey is important to us. Again, we urge you to take a few moments to complete this survey and provide your opinion regarding the outstanding customer service we provide. Should you have any questions regarding the survey, please feel free to contact me.
