[Mail_emis] Staff EMIS Final L Reporting and purging new contracts

Good Afternoon!

Please be sure to run USPEMS/USPEMX to create a complete file for EMIS reporting before purging new contracts.  This will create a snapshot of the yearend information.  The 18L Final reporting period does not expire until August 10th.   Transfer the USPEMX.SEQ (and USPEMX_EMISR.SEQ if you have CC and CJ records to report) to your local drive and then upload the file to the Data Collector.  Any future collections will be a data source only; NOT a SIF collection.  If staff corrections are needed, the Flat File Editor can be used.  Please see the attached recommendations from the State Software Development Team.
