[Mail_emis] Updated Staff EMIS L Checklist

Hello!

Please find attached a new checklist for completing your staff EMIS reporting.  This checklist is, also, available from this link, http://www.mveca.org/EMIS11.aspx/.

EMIS Reporting period "L" is broken into 2 manifests in the Data Collector each year: INITIAL and FINAL.  This checklist includes steps for both manifests.   At this time, you will NOT do step 2.  Experience is only incremented at the beginning of the school year.  If you failed to increment experience at the beginning of the year, please add a helpdesk ticket to helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org>, for additional instructions.
