Good morning!
Below is what was discussed on the ODE EMIS call on Monday.

Grad reporting
            Appeal window is now open.  Wil open until 11/16.
            Level 2 reports overall are working well
                        Bugs in Level 2 reports

a.       Check to see if a child is enrolled in FY19 it is not picking up all students.

b.      Bugs related to withdraw reasons not being included- mostly summer withdraws.  Nothing you can do it is an ODE fix.
When checking the reports in the files tab, if you have students that are not showing assessments and you reported the student with a graduation date and diploma type, the student will be included in grad reporting.  Concentrate on looking at your cohort reports, and verifying that all students that graduated are being reported.
You can appeal students that were misreported with the FYB9 IF that is what ODE is using to place the student in the cohort.  If they are using GRDIN that cannot be appealed.  You can see that data in column Y of your cohort reports.
You can appeal students that you failed to include in your grad reporting.
Check your Prep for Success reports that are in the files tab.  If you missed any Dual credit, AP, ACT or IB scores you can appeal to get them included.
The testing reports in the files tab will not be updated during the appeals process.  Might be at the end of the process.

Federal Child Count
The Federal Child Count report is now out in the Data Collector. We are past the October 31st date so check with your Special Education staff to make sure they are getting all data to you.   ODE has not said when they will pull the data but they recommend that you have your data cleaned up by the end of the 1st S reporting window which closes December 20th.   I have scheduled the Federal Child Count EMIS Alliance training and the Teacher Licensure EMIS Alliance Training on December 4th.  The registration links are open.

CTE Assessment Manifest
The manifest is now including the missing report based on the vendor files.  It does not include students based on enrollment yet. ODE is working on adding the enrollment piece.  ODE will notify all when they add that check.
