[Mail_emis] Update 11/19/2018

Good afternoon
The following was discussed on the EMIS call this morning.

Grad
            Appeal deadline was Friday and the Office of Data Quality is still reviewing some.  There were a lot submitted last Friday.  If you submitted an appeal keep checking the Data Collector for your manifest to reopen.  Once it does you will have until November 30th at 5:00 p.m to submit.
ODE has cleaned up some of the Grad Reports.  Please take a look at your Grad Reports to make sure things look as they should.  Remember you will need to click on "show closed collections" to be able to access the G manifest unless you have filed an appeal.  ODDEX may not reflect data that is in the reports yet.  It may take a little while to catch up

Processing Data over the Holiday.
            This is the week that ODE would pull Community school data for the December payment.  CS need to get their updated data submitted this week if you want the data included in the December Payment.  You will be able to submit data up to and including November 23rd for it to be included.
            Data will be pulled from the processing over the weekend.
            ODE will process data tonight and tomorrow( Monday and Tuesday ) at 5:00 as normal.  ODE is open Wednesday and Friday there will be few employees working.  ODE will not process Wednesday evening into Thursday Morning.  They will also not be processing Thursday night at 5:00.
            They will pick up regular scheduled processing over the weekend.  The last update to Level 2 reports will be Wednesday morning and will resume next week.

CCP
            ODE is refreshing CCP Data in ODDEX this week.  There were colleges that did not have all their student included so ODE will be adding them.  Please make sure that you are keeping an eye on the 45 day time clock for reviewing CCP data in ODDEX.  ODE does not send reminders of            when the window is close to closing.  It would be advisable to take a look at CCP at the very least 1 time a month,  more often if you can.

HQT for Special Ed Teachers.
            David is 99.9% sure that we will NOT be reporting HQT for Special Education teachers.
