[Mail_supt] [WOCO Supt] Calamity Days and Negotiations

Days 1-5 no make-up
Days 6-7 Blizzard Bags
Days 8-9 no student make-up. Staff days added to beginning of following
school year as required PD days.
Days 10 and beyond make-up by adding time to remaining days.
