[Mail_supt] Summer Hours

Our District is considering altering our summer schedule for classified, exempt, and administrative employees by going to a ten hour day/four day work week during the months of June and July.  We know that some school districts have found this to be beneficial to their district/employees.  If you have done this would you mind responding to the following questions?



  1.   Did going to 4/10's save your district any money?
  2.   Was this change favorably received by your employees?
  3.   Would you do it again or have you done it again?
  4.   Other concerns?
