This is just a quick reminder that we either need your RSVP or proxy form for the Assembly Meeting next Thursday.  We greatly appreciate your attendance!
There will be a breakfast and we'll do our best to provide informative and useful meeting content.  If possible, please check in with the other MVECA Assembly Member in your district and make sure they've responded.

Good afternoon MVECA Assembly members and friends,


MVECA's Fall Assembly Meeting will take place on Thursday 11/10/2016 at the MVECA/Greene County ESC Commons.
(330 E Enon Road, Yellow Springs Ohio 45387)

The MVECA Board will meet at 8:30 in the Training Lab
Assembly registration and breakfast will be held from 9:00 - 9:30 in the Commons
The Assembly Meeting will begin at 9:30 in the Commons

Attached you will find a tentative meeting agenda and the minutes from the Spring Assembly Meeting for your review.

The attached proxy form must be submitted prior to the meeting if you plan on sending a representative on your behalf.  You may email it to brown at mveca.org<mailto:brown at mveca.org> or fax it to the number listed on the form.

Please take a moment and reply to this email to RSVP.  We need to be sure that we will have a quorum.
