[Mail_supt] Public Records Request from School Choice Ohio

Good afternoon!
Last week some of you may have received a public records request from Valencia De Maya at School Choice Ohio.  Please know that we have looked at this request and have determined that certain data elements being requested are protected under FERPA and are not part of what FERPA defines as "directory information" unless a local board of education has specifically defined them as such in policy.  Additionally, other elements of the request asking that respondents create a document that previously does not exist can potentially be disregarded.
