[Mail_supt] RFP sample

All,

Good afternoon.  I apologize for asking for assistance again but I do
always appreciate the feedback that I receive.

Our Board has asked that I go out for bids to have our all weather track
"re-done".  There may be a number of alternates for this project so I am
looking for a sample to work form.  This will be the first large project
here in a while where alternates could determine the feasibility of the
project from a financial standpoint.
Any help or samples that could be passed along would be greatly appreciated.
