[Mail_supt] Student Withdrawal Policy

All,

I am searching for a board policy and procedure for the withdrawal of
students from school.  If anyone has adopted a policy recently and could
please pass it along that would be greatly appreciated.  OSBA does not have
a policy or procedure specific to this request from our auditors.
