[Mail_supt] positions

Good Afternoon,
I am looking for guidance on use of paraprofessionals.  I would appreciate
any information on job classifications of paraprofessionals.  I have been
unable to get much guidance from ODE in terms of language other than
qualifications.
Also we are looking for any contract discipline procedures that work well
for any of your districts.
