The North Central Local Board of Education is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Superintendent.  The district desires an educational leader with a commitment to excellence for all students.  The Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center is assisting the Board in its search.

The Community and its Schools
The North Central Local School district is located in northern Williams County in Pioneer, Ohio.  Pioneer is a small, close-knit community with an approximate population of 1500 people.  A new building for the high school was recently constructed, opening in the 2016-17 school year, which finalized the PreK - Grade 12 campus facility update.  The school is a vital part of the village, and a source of pride for the entire community.  The North Central district is proud to offer high quality academics, programs, facilities, and staff and is committed to the pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement.

The mission of the North Central School District is to provide current instructional tools and methods which insure success throughout the student's educational career. Employees will strive to listen and understand student and family needs. Employees will provide a positive learning environment where they can guide students to make informed choices.
