[Mail_supt] Bus Driver insurance

I am trying to look at compensation packages for bus drivers.  If possible,
can you please share the following information:

1.  What percentage of insurance does your board cover for bus drivers?

2.  How many hours is their typical day?

3.  Hourly wages for driving/waiting/ or combined....
