The East Central Ohio Educational Service Center is assisting Dover City
Schools in their search for a Superintendent.  The Board of Education
anticipates offering the selected candidate a multi-year contract with
competitive wages and benefits based on experience.

*Qualifications:*

   - Student focused
   - Quality written/verbal communication skills for a variety of audiences
   - Collaboration with the Board, Treasurer and staff/community
   stakeholders
   - Balances "big picture" with effective management of details
   - Proactive approach to problem solving
   - Engaged in professional development and networking in areas of
   responsibility
   - Meets responsibilities and request for information in a timely manner
   - Experience with leading and collaborating with office support staff
