On May 18, 2008, John Travis Gordon, “Rusty,” was killed by a texting driver in Marion County, OH. Since his death, his father, John P. T. Gordon has become a victim advocate with the hopes of making a difference in the lives of those who currently
choose to engage in distracted driving.

Texting and Driving has become the number one killer of teenagers. Recognizing this scary statistic, John has presented “Rusty’s Story” to more than 30,000 people, including schools, businesses, safety councils, law enforcement agencies, etc. He
has a 45-60 minute presentation that he is able to deliver to a large audience or in smaller settings. The program includes statistics, photographs (non-graphic), videos, Faces of Distraction video and concludes with a pledge to not text and drive.

This program will be customized to your audience.

If you are interested in scheduling a presentation or if you have any questions, please contact me at 419-447-2927 or you can email.

Thank you.
