[Mail_supt] FW: Save the Date for MVECA’s Fall Assembly Meeting!

Good morning!
We still do not have quite enough registrations and proxy forms to reach a quorum for the MVECA Assembly Meeting next Thursday.  Please see below and attached and let us know if you have any questions.  As noted previously, we are trying to limit in-person attendance to one representative per district.  That person would carry a proxy for the second district member (or both members).  That second member will be able to watch the meeting via Zoom.  We will be distributing a Zoom link for the meeting as soon as we have a confirmed quorum.  Unfortunately, remote attendees must vote via proxy and cannot vote via web conference.
One final note, this message was not initially distributed to district technical contacts.  We’ve included them here in case they can assist with carrying proxy forms.  We will distribute the Zoom link to the technical contacts as well.

Good Morning MVECA Assembly Members and Friends,

MVECA’s Fall Assembly Meeting will take place on Thursday, November 18, 2018 at the new MVECA office, located at 888 Dayton Street, Suite 102, Yellow Springs, OH 45387. Sign-in will begin at 9:00 AM, and the meeting will begin at 9:30 AM.

In order to reduce in-person traffic, we encourage Assembly members to consider sending only ONE of their two district representatives and suggest the attending representative be designated as the proxy for the non-attending representative.

The attached proxy form must be submitted prior to the meeting if you elect to send a proxy holder. You may email it to clendenin at mveca.org<mailto:clendenin at mveca.org>, or fax it to the number listed on the form.

We need to be sure that we have a quorum for the meeting, and want to ensure there are enough seats for all.
