[Mail_treas] Salary Comparisons

Good Morning,

I am trying to compile some information regarding salary comparisons.  I 
know SERB has some of this data but it is in a format that doesn't 
necessarily work the best for me.  Could you please answer the following 
brief questions regarding your certified CBA?

2015-2016 Base salary percentage increase:
2016-2017 Base salary percentage increase (if this year is outside of 
contract, please put N/A):
Duration of Contract:
Have you frozen steps?
Have you restored steps?  If so, how many?
