I am trying to compile some information regarding salary comparisons.  I know SERB has some of this data but it is in a format that doesn't necessarily work the best for me.  Could you please answer the following brief questions regarding your certified CBA?

2016-2017 Base salary percentage increase (if this year is outside of contract, please put N/A):  2.0%
Duration of Contract:  3 years, last year is FY'17
Have you frozen steps?  No
Have you restored steps?  If so, how many?  N/A
