Have any of you sold anything on E-bay before for your district?  Is this
something that we are allowed to do?  Did you advertise that the item was
for sale?  Just trying to figure out the correct procedures and whether or
not this is legal to do.  Sorry for all of the questions but this is a new
one for me.
