[Mail_treas] Purchase of Kitchen Equipment

Fellow Treasurers:

Our district is in need of replacing several pieces of kitchen equipment in
each of our (4) cafeterias the previous equipment having been purchased and
installed over 10 years ago during our OSFC project. The equipment to be
purchased includes (2) Pass Thru Refrigerators, (2) Reach In Refrigerators
and (2) Proofer Cabinets.

It is likely that the total purchase price will exceed the $25,000
threshhold price for bidding. Are there any treasurers out there who may
have gone thru a bidding process recently for this type of purchase. If so,
I would appreciate a copy of your bid document/specification to use as a
template.
