Good Morning,

As you may know, House Bill 474 has been introduced and if passed will take
away our ability to negotiate before the floor pricing with Universities
(which we are starting to see a few across the state even offering free
tuition to school districts in some cases).

 Higher Education institutions continue to lobby to craft the CCP program
to it's liking, placing more financial constraints on our districts.

I would ask for Treasurer's and Superintendents to please *print the
following document, sign, and indicate your school district. Please scan
and email back to me. *
